At Apex Gaming PCs, we stand behind our craftsmanship and want to ensure you have the ultimate gaming experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your build, you may return your system within 30 days of delivery subject to our standard hardware inspection.
Initiate a Request
Contact our technical support team via the portal to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.
Secure Packaging
Place the PC back in its original internal foam packaging and double-box the unit to prevent any component damage during transit.
Inspection & Testing
Once received, our lead technicians will perform a comprehensive diagnostic to verify hardware integrity and ensure all original components are present.
Refund Processing
After passing inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
